As many Lake Havasu citizens take extra precautions during the current pandemic, many are wearing face masks sewn together by approximately 80 volunteers operating as The COVID-19 Task Force.  To show our appreciation for their time and talents, the LHC Resource Alliance created certificates of appreciation reading “Thank You for your CommitMINT to being a LIFESAVER in our community”, attached to bags of individually wrapped mints and Lifesavers.  A quote at the bottom read “The best way to find yourself, is to lose yourself in the service of others” by Mahatma Gandhi.

Ashley Wood of River Cities United Way reached out to Carol Vizzard with Dot Rock, who created beautifully hand-painted rocks.
